For those of you wondering why I've been absent on my blog for awhile, it's because I've been working heads down generating PowerPoint presentations. Most of them are for Burton's Catalyst Conference at the end of June, but one is for a KMWorld webinar I'm giving today, sponsored by Just Systems and XyEnterprise.
